Framed & Mattied Contract ← BackThank you for your response. ✨ Client Name(required) Photoshoot Date(required) Photoshoot Type & Package (ex: Senior C, Family A, Newborn B, etc.)(required) I (Client Name), understand and agree to the following checked statements: (required) I understand that a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold my photoshoot date. Shall my photoshoot location be more than 20 miles outside of the Fargo/Moorhead area, I agree to reimburse the photographer 30 cents/mile for travel costs. I understand that my full photoshoot payment + mileage is due the day of my photoshoot and agree to pay accordingly. I acknowledge and consent that the photographer is able to use any images taken during my photoshoot for any marketing or creative purposes. I understand that the photographer has full control over editing procedures. I understand that with my package I have access to a private online gallery where I can view and download my edited high resolution digital files. I understand that I have the freedom and right to print and reproduce the edited images I purchase wherever I desire. I acknowledge that if I want a CD or flash drive it may be purchased for $20/CD, and $25/flash drive (shipping included in price) I understand that the photographer is not responsible for the cooperation of session participants. I understand that the photographer will strive capture quality photos but is not responsible for any image distortion caused by external forces such as rain, sun, heavy wind, camera malfunctions, etc. I understand that I cannot purchase or obtain any unedited images from my photographer. I understand and agree to give credit to “Framed & Mattied” or “Mattie Olson” when posting and sharing these photos online. I understand that I am not allowed to edit or distort my photos in any way, as these actions could cause the photos to look unprofessional and reflect negatively on the photographer and her work. I understand that if I want any props incorporated into my session I am responsible for bringing them myself. I understand that in case of rainy weather or extreme winds I will be given the option to reschedule my session or move it to an indoor studio with a rental fee.
