What to expect
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. I accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal (3% processing fee).
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your photoshoot.
- Sessions within the Fargo/Moorhead, Mayville, and Grand Forks areas do not include a travel fee. Locations outside these areas may require a mileage charge of $0.50 per mile (round trip).
- Outfit changes are welcome! Just keep in mind that changing outfits will take time out of your session.
- After your session, I will carefully select and upload the best images to a private online gallery where you can choose your favorites. Once selections are made, I’ll complete the final edits. If you’d prefer that I choose the images for you, I’m happy to do that as well.
- Additional images may be purchased beyond what is included in your package.
- In the case of severe weather or illness, sessions can be rescheduled to the next available date.
Mini SessionS
A few times throughout the year, I offer special Mini Session events for small business owners looking for a quick and easy photo update. These limited sessions are perfect for updating headshots and refreshing marketing content without booking a full session.
Mini Sessions typically include 5-10 edited digital images, a 15-20 minute session, and are offered at a special discounted rate of $250 – $300. Indoor studio rental is an additional $100/hr.
Because these events are held only on select dates and locations, availability is limited. Be sure to follow along on social media for announcements about upcoming Mini Session events.
